05.02.08 - Friday. I've been busy looking after my cat. She has given birth to a litter of kittens, 4 all told. They look very similar to momma, with the sole exception of the first born. That little fella' has more distinctive striping and was also quite large at the time of birth.

When I left for work the morning of April 1, I noticed the "alien-like" movement inside the kitty, and thought, I wonder if this will be the day? I had already set-up some cozy spots that big D might want to use, But of course, she had to drop the kittens right on top of the bed. Needless to say it quite messy.
I was suprised at how much fur they had. I expected some little pink things, only because of this.
After a couple of weeks and a new set of linens, The little guys are starting to move around and explore their new world.

This is the one that made it. The others resorted to pouncing and clawing at each other on the floor.
